Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is set in a good part of Swansea with restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, tidy, and everything worked, but the location is a bit steep to come back from the beach. It's situated at the back of the property below ground level, offering no view except a wall, yet it stays very cool in the summer.
The hotel was spotless with spacious rooms offering a sea view, which was exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there was a minor hiccup with an unfriendly member initially. The location is perfect, especially for those returning to Swansea, with convenient access to shops, beaches, and the university. Dining was appreciated, but there were slight issues with broken amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great value for money.
The hotel had everything I needed for an overnight stay on the top floor. The rooms were a bit dusty with no shelves but well-equipped with small kitchen facilities and a lounge area. The service lacked warmth but was sincerely friendly and helpful. The location was great for our needs, close to family, within walking distance to gardens, beach, and supermarkets. The dining experience was a quiet affair with good dietary choices. Overall, a convenient place for a short stay.
